A good note to end 2008 on.....

Over the weekend of the 13th & 14th December, Mr Howard & Miss Brown took part in and passed a BTCB Black Belt grading.

Miss Brown is now promoted to 1st Dan Black Belt
Mr Howard is now promoted to 3rd Dan Black Belt

Congratulations to them both and please feel free to congratulate them again next time you see them.

Grading Tuesday 9th December

There will be a grading for Chung Yong students at our East Croydon club on Tuesday 9th December 2008 (Venue: Energie Fitness).

Students who are taking this grading will be informed by their instructor and should be at the grading venue ready to start at 8pm.

No Training 3rd & 5th Dec at Mitcham

Due to the training hall being used for exams, there will be no training at our Mitcham club on Wednesday 3rd December and Friday 5th December. All other lessons are as normal.
