Mixed class ages 5 and upwards.
Master Kennedy has been actively involved in TKD since 1979. He started his training in the ITF style of Taekwondo, under the instruction of Master Teh Hock Aun and one of Master Tehs' Black belts, Master William Rose.
Master Rose moved on to the WTF style of Tkd in the early 80s and was followed shortly thereafter by Master Kennedy. By this time Master Rose had formed the Chung Yong Taekwondo clubs which Jim Kennedy then joined and opened a Chung Yong club North of the Border with the assistance of Mr Jack Wallace and his son Mr Colin Wallace. The assistant Instructors are currently Mr & Mrs J McWilliams.
The club is based in the Hillhead area of Kirkintilloch, at the Kirkintilloch Community Centre and meets three times a week. Both adults and children are welcome.
