Squad Training
WTF Sparring
Chung Yong hold regular squad training for Competition Sparring. These lessons are open to all students who wish to attend. The lessons as always are hard work but good fun. Students from other clubs are also welcome.
Please bring with you your own body-armour including gum shield. If you do not have your own body-armour this can be purchased from your instructor.
